START TRAINING

Yes — all three programs include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until day 8. Cancel any time before then at no cost. No questions asked.
All programs include scaling options. Whether you're just getting into fitness or already competing, the workouts adapt to your current level. A basic level of fitness is helpful, but beginners are welcome.
A gym with barbells, dumbbells, pull-up bar, and ideally a ski or row erg. Most sessions include equipment alternatives. HYROX-specific workouts replicate race stations with standard gym equipment.
Workouts are delivered through TrainHeroic — a free app for athletes (iOS & Android). After you sign up you'll receive an invite link. Every session is posted the night before with full instructions, video demos, scaling options, and coach notes. No complicated setup — just download, accept the invite, and train.
Own the Flag already integrates hybrid and strength. If you're on individual plans and want both, upgrading to Own the Flag is the best path — the sessions are designed to work together without overtraining.
All plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime. That said, real results require at least 8–12 weeks of consistent training. Commit to the process and the results follow.
