I've competed at the top level in both CrossFit and HYROX — I know what it feels like to line up for your very first race with no idea what to expect, and I know what it takes to go back and shave minutes off a time you thought was already your best.
Team Lopes Training is built for two types of athlete: the beginner who has signed up for their first run or race and needs a structured plan to get to that finish line — and the experienced athlete who is done accepting their current PR and wants a real system to break it.
No matter where you start, the method is the same: consistent daily training, progressive overload, and programming that prepares your body and your mind for race day.

Athletes with 1+ race under their belt who want to break their PR, or serious beginners who want the complete competitive system from day one. If you want to podium — this is your program.

Pure strength training, 4 sessions/week
Athletes who feel weak at HYROX workout stations, want to build a strength base before adding cardio volume, or anyone who wants to train 4 days/week with real programming — not random lifts.
4 sessions/week of progressive strength training built around functional patterns that transfer directly to HYROX performance — squats, deadlifts, carries, overhead pressing.
4 days/week · 50–60 min per session · Gym required (barbell + rack)
